We are currently observing degraded SMS and voice message delivery performance for some users.
Our core systems — TxtSquad Web App and API — remain fully operational; however, message delivery and inbound replies may be delayed or intermittently failing due to an ongoing Twilio platform issue.
This incident is related to Twilio’s upstream AWS dependency, which is affecting their messaging infrastructure. Our AWS systems are healthy, and our engineering team is monitoring the situation closely.
We’ll continue to post updates as Twilio provides more information. Once their service is fully restored, queued messages will automatically resume processing.
Impact:
Outbound SMS and voice calls may be delayed or fail intermittently.
Inbound messages may be delayed.
Web and API access are unaffected.
